Southwest Pasta Salad for a Crowd

1 Can black beans, drained & rinsed1 14.5 oz box Barilla Plus Penne, prepared12 oz bag frozen corn4 oz can diced green chilies1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro1/2 diced green onions1 cup shredded carrots2 cups halved grape tomatoes1 small avacado, diced1 T. Lime juice1 Cup shredded monterry jack with jalepeno cheese16 oz prepared salsa
Put Penne on to boil. Rinse can of black beans in large colander. Add frozen corn on top of beans. Drain cooked Penne over the bean, corn mix. Mix and let cool while you add all of the produce and lime juice in a large bowl When pasta is luke warm add to vegetables, add cheese and salsa and mix. Let chill before serving. Makes 16 generous 1 cup servings.
