Miso Soup w/corn, mushrooms & tofu

Ingredients
Miso, .25 cup Vegetable Broth, 4 cup Tofu, firm, 0.25 cup Seaweed, wakame, 1 tbsp (1/8 cup)Mushrooms, fresh, 2 large Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, .25 cup Scallions, raw, 1 large
Directions
Add small amount of water or broth in pan, steam onions or scallions til soft, then add all but miso. Cook 5-15 min til done. Place miso in bowl or cup. Add some of the broth from pan & mix. Return broth/miso mixture to pan & serve. Do not boil miso. If soup needs more flavor, add Bragg's amino acids or soy sauce or miso, repeating procedure for mixing miso with broth. Be sure to add additional calories & nutrients to totals.
