Lemon Thyme Pork

Ingredients
1 lb pork tenderloin1 tbs thyme1 tbs black pepper1 tsp salt2 tbs olive oil1 cup chicken broth1 tbs corn starch
Directions
Pork, oil, pepper, thyme, and salt in saucepan to brown
Add small amount of chix broth, reserve the rest of the cup
mix corn starch with the rest of the chix broth in small cup with lemon juice
remove pork from pan and add lemon juice mixture turn off heat, stir about 1 min until thick
