Vegan Biscuits

Ingredients
* *Flour, white, 2 cup * Silk, Enhanced Soymilk, 1 cup * Cider Vinegar, .6 tbsp * Baking Powder, 2 tsp * Baking Soda, .5 ts * Salt, .5 tsp * Shortening, 6 tbsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper sprayed with cooking spray
*Add Vinegar to Soy milk and set aside to curdle
*In a food processor with the blade attachment pulse the dry ingredients together.
*Dot the top of the flour with the shortening and pulse to incorporate.
*Slowly add the buttermilk until a dough forms
*Turn out the dough on a floured surface and pat into a 1 inch thick circle
* cut dough into circles with a glass
*place circles on baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes
