Swiss Chard Salad

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil1 teaspoon garlic1 lb. bag of Epic Roots Chard Mix1 cup vegetable or chicken brothsea salt or black pepper to taste
Directions
Serves 5
Serving Size: 1 1/2 cups
Servings Per container: about 5

Heat the olive oil in a large saute pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until soft. Stir in the Chard mix and saute until the leaves are wilted. Add broth and cook, covered for about 10 more minutes, or until the chard is tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
