Raw Cashew Dip

Ingredients
4 cups raw cashews, soaked in water for 2 hours and then drained1 1/4 cups water1 tsp sea salt1/2 tsp onion powder1 tsp garlic, minced1/2 red bell pepper, diced small2 green onions, sliced1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped fine
Directions
In a food processor, blend the cashews, water, and sea salt until completely smooth. Scrape into a bowl, then add the onion powder and garlic and mix well. Fold in the peppers, green onions, and basil.
