Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients
add vinegar to milk and let sit. beat eggs add other wet ingredients. add all dry and whisk till moistened. will be lumpy. cook on skillet 325 degrees or so till edges appear dry and cake is bubbly. turn and cook other side till golden brownoriginal family recipe called for buttermilk which I most always used whole milk with a little vinegar in it. since we always just have skim now I have done the same method and cakes are still wonderful. If you DO USE buttermilk omit the vinegar =)
