Raw Graham Crackers

Ingredients
5 cups cashew flour (cashews blended in Vita-mix2.5 cups oat flour (oats blended)3/4 cup water1 3/4 cups maple syrup2 T vanilla extract1 T sea salt2 T cinnamon
Directions
Mix ingredients in a medium-sized bowl by hand. Spread flat to 1/8 inch thick on dehydrator screens. Dehydrate for 4 hours at 115 degrees, then flip and dehydrate 6 more hours after you make an incision with the back of a knife for six rectangles per sheet
Keep refrigerated. Makes 4 sheets with 6 crackers per sheet
