Cold Chickpea Soup

Ingredients
2 cans garbanzo beans3 cups raw spinach3 tomatoes1 T olive oil1 T lemon juice(measure all ingredients according to taste)
Directions
In a food processor or blender:

1. blend garbanzo beans until smooth
2. blend spinach until smooth
3. blend tomatoes until smooth
4. blend in 1 T olive oil
5. blend in 1 T lemon juice

Enjoy cold.
