Easy Rice and Black Bean Dinner

Ingredients
1 cup white rice2 cups water1 cup salsa (I use medium, mild will not have enough flavor)1 can of black beans1 cup of frozen yellow corn
Directions
Put all ingredients together in a pot and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer with cover on until the rice is fully cooked. It's great by itself, or you can serve it with fat free sour cream and shredded cheese to top.

Serves 2-4 depending on how hungry you are, I usually make it for 3
