Dad's Stuffed Mushrooms

24 large mushrooms1 lb. 93% lean ground beef2 Tbs. Reduced fat cream cheese2 Tbs. Italian bread crumbs2 tsp. Italian Seasonings1 Tbs. Chopped Onion (can use dried too)2 Tbs. Grated Parmesan cheese1 Clove Garlic minced1 Tbs. Rague over each mushroompinch of low fat Mozzarella cheese
6 servings 4 mushroom each
Wash large mushrooms
Removed and chop fine the stems
Mix with all the other items till well mixed.
Fill each top with filling
place in a 9 x 13 cake pan.
Boil on middle rack for 10 min.
Remove from oven, sprinkle each with a pinch of
Mozzarella cheese, cover each with 1 Tbs. of Rague sauce and bake at 350 for another 15 min.
