6 oz Ronzoni Smart Taste penne1 can Del Monte Diced tomatoes with garlic, basil, & oregano1/4 c (28 gms) alouette goat cheese provencal1/4 (56 gms) Fiber One cottage cheese
Cook pasta . Drain. Drain 1/2 of liquid off tomatoes. Put tomatoes in microwave dish & warm; then add tomatoes to hot pasta, followed by both cheeses. Toss until cheeses are melted. If needed, place combo in microwave until cheeses melt. Makes approx. 4 1-cup servings
