Ground turkey & Cabbage (not lowfat)

Ingredients
1 Package Ground Turkey 85/15 (approx 1 lb) Half of a large Head of Cabbage2 cans diced tomatoes (the new flavored kind are best)3 cloves of garlic1 small onion, or a couple shallots1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oilSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Sautee the garlic and onions, in the olive oil, until they are just starting to get soft, add the turkey and sautee all together until the ground turkey is just browned. Chop the cabbage and add to the turkey mixture, add the two cans of diced tomatoes and stir until mixed. Reduce heat and simmer for approx 30 minutes or until cabbage is cooked to the consistancy that you wish. Makes approx 6 servings.
