Chicken Caserole

Ingredients
Ground chicken 12 oz1.5 Cup fresh sliced mushrooms1 can fat free cream of chicken soup2 1/2 Cups while wheat egg noodles
Directions
Bring water to boil, and cook noodles as per bag instructions, then drain and set aside. Cook chicken in large saucepan, add mushrooms, cook until tender, add can of soup, and a little water until desired consistancy in reached, add cooked noodles, stir until mixed, and enjoy.
