TJ's Crockpot Porkloin

Ingredients

2 pound Pork Tenderloin4 stalks of Celery5 green onions12 oz can of green beans12 oz baby carrots6 baby red potatoes (cubed)2 tbsp minced garlic1 tsp chives, chopped1 tsp rosemary leaves1 tsp cumin2 tsp salt2 tsp black pepper1/4 cup of 2% milk3 oz white wine1/2 cup white flour4 cups of water
Add Pork Tenderloin (can be frozen) to crockpot
Add all other ingredients except milk and flour
cook in crockpot on high for approximately 6 hours
Can turn tenderloin over a couple times if desired
About 30 minutes before serving, whisk flour and milk together and add to crockpot .. stir in .. replace lid and let simmer for 30 minutes
makes 8 servings (w/4oz pork each .. more if 3 or 2 oz of pork used per serving)
