Tomato, Spinach & Mozzarella Flatbread

Ingredients
1 tube Pillsbury Thin Pizza Crust1 ea Red Ripe Tomatoes, sliced thinly8 slices Fresh Mozzarella Cheese1/2 cup Walden Farms Spicy BBQ Sauce2 cups Fresh Spinach
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425F.

2. Open and unroll pizza crust. Press dough into a 13x9 inch rectangle on a pizza stone. Bake about 12 minutes, or until crust starts to brown. Cool slightly.

3. Top crust with BBQ sauce, spinach, tomato and finally mozzarella cheese. Bake 6-8 minutes or until cheese starts to melt and crust is browned to your liking.

4. Cut into 36 pieces (4 lengthwise and 9 accross).
