Anna's Low Fat Shrimp Rigatoni Marinara

Ingredients
4 cups (dry) Rigatoni shells1 jar Prego Roasted Garlic Parmesan Italian Sauce (24 oz)1/2 serving Canned Sliced Mushrooms10-12 Medium Shrimp thawed, peeled and deveined1/2 cup raw carrots (chopped)
Directions
Boil Rigatoni as directed on package, drain and set aside.
Thaw fully cooked shrimp and set aside
In a large sauce pan, saute the onion, mushrooms, green pepper and carrot with 1Tbsp of olive oil.
Add sauce and simmer for approx 15 minutes
Add cooked rigatoni.
Serving Size: Approximately 1 cup
