Get dates ready by chopping into small pieces. Have nuts or chocolate chips ready to add at the very end. Preheat oven 375.Have muffin cups ready in pans.Mix first 6 ingrediants together until moist through. Add dry ingrediants and mix evenly. Do not over mix. Add dates, cc, and or nuts. Mix lightly. Put in pans and bake
Makes 24 regular size muffins. Bake for 14 minutes at 375. Do not overbake.
