vegan banana bread

Ingredients
3 ripe bananas2tbsp oil1/4 c pure maple syrup1/2 c unsweetened applesauce2 cups brown rice flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1/3 cup dried cranberries1/3 cup walnut pieces
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.
combine dry ingredients on one bowl, mix thoroughly.
combine wet ingredients in separate bowl, mix thoroughly.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients a little at a time until mixed well. Should be thicker than regualr banana bread batter. Spray loaf pan with oil. Pour batter in pan and cook for 30 to 35 minutes until top is medium brown. makes 10-12 slices
