Ingredients
Arnold Stone Ground Whole Wheat Bread 6 slicesEgg, fresh, 3 large Milk, 1%, 1 tbspStevia to tasteCinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp Ginger, ground, 1/4 tsp
Directions
Heat med-lg skillet over med heat. Combine all ingredients but the bread in a mixing bowl. Dip bread in mixture to coat then place in pan. Flip once it is cook, cook other side and serve with a light drizzle of maple syrup(optional,not in nutritional fact)
