Chicken Pot Pie Stew for the Crock Pot

Ingredients
1.5 lb. chicken breast, cubed5 medium potatoes, diced16 oz. frozen mixed vegetables8 oz. baby carrots1 C celery, chopped2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup (do not add water)4 cloves garlic1/2 t celery saltsalt and pepper to taste You can also add chicken bouillon if desired, but it use MSG-free if you do, and add about 3 t.
Directions
Add all ingredients to crock pot and stir. Set crock pot on high for 5-6 hours or low for 7-8 hours.

Serve with or without biscuits. It is delicious over whole wheat biscuits.
