Apple Muffin Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups flour3 tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmegpinch of salt1/2 cup sugar1 cup milk4 tbsp corn oil1/4 cup applesauce1 1/2 cups diced apple
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Combine. Add diced apple. Put in minimuffin tins. Make a streusel topping of sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 for 18 to 25 minutes.
