Mini Apple Pies

Ingredients
Directions
Dough:3.5 cups whole wheat flour1 tsp salt1 c melted butter1 c plain fat free yogurtFilling:3 pounds of apples, peeled and diced.5 c sugar1 T cinnamonTopping:.5 c whole wheat flour.5 rolled oats2 T sugar3 T melted butter
Combine dough ingredients until you reach a relative smooth dough. Divide into 24 portions, roll each into a circle and place into muffin cups.
Mix filling ingredients and place into dough cups.
Mix topping ingredients and add to the dough and apple filling.
Pies maybe frozen as is, then stored in containers for later baking.
Or, bake immediately at 375 for about 30 minutes.
