Health Salad

Ingredients
2 cups shredded red cabbage1 carrot, finely shredded1 green pepper, thinly sliced2 cucumbers, thinly sliced1/2 onion, thinly slicedtoss with dressing:2 1/2 Tbs sugar2 Tbs Apple cider vinegar1 T olive oil1 T dried dill1 T water
Directions
Use a food processor to thinly slice. Toss with dressing and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Use any fresh veggies you have!
