Ingredients
1 box Kroger Whole Wheat Whole Grain Penne Rigate Pasta1 can Olives, Ripe, Medium, Pitted1 can Polar Shiitake Slice Mushrooms1 8 oz bag Cheese, Mozzarella, Kroger, low moist, part skim1 6 oz bag Hormel - Turkey Pepperoni 1 15 oz Sargento Light Ricotta1 jar Pasta Sauce - Ragu - Super Chunky Mushroom
Directions
1. Cook Pasta as directed on box
2. Mix all ingrediants to pasta except the cheese and about half the bag of pepperoni
3. Put mixture in a baking dish and top with cheese and remaining pepperoni

Cook on 400 for 10 minutes or until cheese is golden brown!

Makes 8 servinges (I cut my 9x13 pan into 8 sections)
