Ingredients
4 pkgs. Knorr Rice Sides Creamy Chicken Rice1 lg can cream of chicken soup3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts3 T extra virgin olive oil3 t. lemon pepper seasoning
Directions
cut the chicken into bite-size pieces, add to skillet along with the olive oil, season with the lemon pepper. cook chicken thoroughly. when chicken is done add chicken rice by package directions, minus the butter, follow directions for cooking. when rice is cooked reduce heat to low, add soup and mix thoroughly. Heat through so the soup is hot. Ready to eat.
