Ingredients
1 cup of cooked quinoa1 can pinto beans, mostly drained
Directions
combine your quinoa and pinto beans with a little of their juice in a saucepan and with a potato masher keep them on low heat while you mash and stir. add 1/2 tsp of kosher salt to bring out the flavor.
