Low Fat Brownies

Ingredients
2/3 cup sugar70 g olive oil "spread" or margarine1 egg1 tsp vanilla extract1/3 cup wholewheat flour1/3 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)1 tsp baking powder1/4 cup Lite sour cream
Directions
Preheat oven to 180C. Spray 8 inch brownie pan with vege spray.

Mix sugar and spread/marge until smooth. Mix in egg and vanilla extract. Mix dry ingredients together with a fork or whisk and fold into the wet ingredients. Add Lite sour cream.

Pour into greased pan and bake for 25-30 mins or when brownie pulling away from side of pan.

Cut into 10 equal pieces. Yum.
