Homemade tomato sauce and meatballs

Ingredients
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 8 Italian tomato Onions, raw, 1 small Garlic, 1 clove*Meat - Minced Beef, 18 ozOlive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Roll minced meat into meatballs any size you want. Put on a low fire to simmer with olive oil. Take the skin of the tomatoes and remove the seeds. Chop the garlic and onion "a la julienne". Put all the vegetables on a small fire andlet them simmer untill the tomatoes desintegrate. Add herbs as you like (I personally add a bit of salt, black pepper and oregano). Mix sauce & meatballs.
