Crock Pot Lasagna

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef (browned and seasoned)1 onion, chopped2 garlic cloves, smashed1 (26 ounce) can/jar marinara sauce (I use Ragu 7-Herb)1 tsp dried italian seasoning1 cup cottage cheese 1 cup part skim ricotta cheese2 cups shredded italian style cheese12 ounces lasagna noodles, uncooked
Directions
Brown ground beef, onion and garlic in pan with salt and pepper and any other seasonings you'd like. Add marinara sauce and cook long enough to get it warm. Spoon a layer of meat sauce onto the bottom of the slow cooker. Add a double layer of uncooked lasagna noodles (break to fit) and top with cheeses. Repeat with sauce, noodles and cheeses until all are used up. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
