Ingredients
2 pounds lean ground beef1.5 cup of long grain brown rice1 jar of ragu or store brand six cheese spaghetti saucei can of Rotel (hot or mild)4 green onions (scallions)1/4 chopped red peppers1/4 chopped green peppers 1 tbsp chili powder1 tbps minced Garlic1/2 tsp of Lawry's season salt1/2 tsp of Cumin(may substitute 1 tsp of Soul Seasoning in place of seasoned salt and Cumin)
Directions
Begin to brown beef.

while it is browning, add scallions, peppers, soul seasoning garlic and half of the chili powder

prepare rice as directed

when beef is fully browned, drain it

then add rest of chili powder, spaghetti sauce and Rotel.

mix thoroughly and let simmer until rice is finished

add rice to beef mixture .. mix thoroughly

serve

makes 10 one cup servings
