Thanksgiving Meatloaf

Ingredients

3 lbs. lean ground turkey2 cups chicken flavor stuffing mix3/4 cup egg substitute1/3 cup skim milk1/4 cup finely chopped onion1/2 cup grated carrots
1- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix well.
3- Spread mixture into a 9x13 pan.
4- Bake for 1 hour until temperature reads 165 degrees in the center of the loaf.
Yeilds 16-18 servings
