Organic Bean Burritos

Ingredients
1 (12 oz) pkg. Lavash white flour bread (large tortillas) 1 16 0z Casa Fiesta refried beans w/ green chilis2 cups Couscous cooked1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded 1/2 an Avocado 4 tbs Vegenaise (original) (Or mayo- don't forget to adjust your recipe though.)
Directions
Cook couscous according to directions.
Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
Assemble burritos as follows:
On each flour tortilla spread 1 tbs Vegenaise, 3 tbls spoons beans, 1 tbs couscous, 1 tbs avocado, 1.5 tbs cheddar cheese. Spread it in a line down the center of each tortilla. Wrap tortilla up from one side to the other. Place in baking pan (I sprayed some pam on it) and bake for 5 minutes.
Kids LOVE to assemble these and they're fun for measuring and learning. They taste AMAZING. We're not vegetarians but we love these.
