Slow cooker apple cake

Ingredients
1 cup flour2 cups sugar2TBSP splenda2 tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp salt4 med apples (cooking type)2 eggs2 tsp vanilla
Directions
Combine flour, sugar, Splenda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl.
Wash, core, and peel apples. Chop into small pieces (not quite minced). Add into dry mix and stir to coat.
In smaller bowl, beat eggs and vanilla. Add into batter and stir to mix.
Spoon into crock pot. Cook on high for 2.5-3 hours. Enjoy warm!
