Perfect Pulled Pork (crock pot)

Ingredients
5 pounds boneless pork butt shoulder1 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika2 teaspoons black pepper1 teaspoon cayenne pepper1 teaspoon dried thyme1 teaspoon garlic powder1/2 teaspoon salt1 cup water
Directions
Combine all seasonings in small bowl and rub evenly over roast. Place meat in a 6 quart slow cooker. Add water. Cover and cook on low fo 6 - 8 hours or on high for 4 - 5 hours or until pork is very tender.

Place pork on large cutting board and let rest for 10- 15 minutes. Pull, slice or chop to serve. Serve in buns with bbq sauce, but remember to add the calories for those items!
