Ingredients
1.5 c whole wheat flour1.5 c white flour1 tsp baking soda.3 c splenda1 egg white2.5 c skim milk1 c natural applesaucecinnamon, ground allspice, and nutmeg to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, batter should be thick and a little gloppy. I used a half cup ladle and that worked well. Each waffle should take about 2-3 minutes to cook.
