Ingredients
Flour/Wheat tortillaRefried beansCheddar cheeseTomatoesOnionZucchiniRed pepper
Directions
Take any tortilla (I use Don Pueblo's high fiber wraps) and heat it in a frying until it's hard. Spread a half cup of refried beans over it until it's covered in a thin layer. Add cheese if desired. Sprinkle diced veggies on top. Cut in half or four pieces and enjoy!
