-a whole wheat bread 2 slices-kraft olive oil mayo, 1T-oscar mayer honey ham, 3slicesOPTIONAL (not included in nutrtional info)Tomatoe slicesCheese sliceLettuceChives
1) put your bread in a toaster and toast to desired brownness
2) While your toast is toasting chop your ham into smally peices. and put into a small bowl.
3) Add the mayo to the ham, stir well
4) place toast onto a plate and spread the ham mixture on to it.
This is for one serving, you could only use one slice of toast to save calories.
