Cuban Black Bean Soup

Ingredients
2 cups lean ham, cubed2 14 1/2 oz cans black beans, rinsed and drained1 onion chopped1/2 green pepper chopped2 tsp Mrs. Dash seasoning1 tsp cumin1 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp black pepper1 cup water
Directions
In a medium soup pot sprayed with cooking spray, saute onion and green pepper for about 3 minutes. Add black beans, ham, water and spices and simmer covered for about 20 minutes. Serves 4.
