Ingredients
3 chicken breasts cut into strips2 eggs beaten1/8 cup flour1 1/2 pankoseasoning of your choice
Directions
Using tenders or cut strips from the breast, dip in egg and coat in panko & flour mix. using a wire rack on a cookie sheet, bake 375 for 20 turning over the strips half way.

    Would add a minute under the broiler at the end to really toast the panko to a crispy golden color and texture. Other than that, loved it! - 2/3/13

    Loved these and very easy! Made a few modifications - no flour and added a few dashes of Frank's Red Hot sauce to the eggs - and I baked them at 450 to get a little browner on the crust. - 1/26/12
