Let's do this Salad

Ingredients
5 cups shredded romaine lettuce1/2 cucumber3/4 avocado (or a whole one, I was saving some for later)shredded carrots (3 tj's I shredded it myself)4 tbsp thousand island dressing (use whichever you like)2 servings (1/4 cup) shredded cheddar cheese1/2 serving of raw sliced almonds (instead of croutons)1 hard boiled egg1/4 cup sliced green bell peppers1/4 cups sliced purple onion

It will probably make about 3-4 servings...it was main dish so I had big bowls of it. So you might get more than I did.
