Zucchini Lasagna

Ingredients
1 lb Ground BeefTomato Paste (1 can)Canned Tomatos (1 can)Garlic (1 or 2 cloves)BasilOreganoZucchinni (2)Eggs (3)Ricatta CheeseMozzarella Cheese (1 bag shredded)
Directions
Brown 1 lb gound beef (drain), add spices to taste (basil, oregano, garlic), add 1 can tomato paste and one can tomatos. Simmer for 45 minutes. (Add water if needed) Slice 2 Zucchini int thin strips. Mix 3 eggs with ricotta cheese. Layer into dish (meat, zucchini, ricotta and mozzarella cheese) bake at 350 for 1 hour. Let stand 15 minutes.
