1 LB Fresh asparagus, cooked1/3 cup chopped onion1 garlic clove1/3 cup chopped tomato2 TBS light mayonnaise1 TBS lemon juice1/2 tsp salt3/4 tsp minced fresh cilantro1/4 tsp chili powder6 drops hot sauceAssorted raw vegatables ro baked tortilla chips (15 baked scoops = 2 points)
Place cooked asparagus in blender or food processor. Add onion and garlic; process until smooth. In a bowl combine tomato, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, cilantro, chili powder, and hot sauce. Stir in the asparagus mixture until blended. Serve with vegetables and chips. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 2 cups, 1/2 cup = .5 points
