Oat and Wheat Blueberry Scones

1.5 c. unbleached flour.25 c. whole wheat flour.25 c. oat bran.25 c. sugar2 tsp. baking powder.25 tsp. salt4 Tblsp. extra light olive oil1 tsp. vanilla.5 c. lowfat milk1 c. frozen blueberries
Makes 8 three inch wedges preheat oven - 400 deg
Mix all dry ingr. tog. Cut in oil until all crumbly. Add vanilla to milk. Stir into mix until just barely moistened. Lightly mix in the blueberries. Do not over mix. Knead 2 - 3 times. Form 1in. round. Cut into 8 wedges. Place onto sprayed baking sheet. Bake on center rack 20 - 22 min. Best warm
