Gooey Butter Bars

Ingredients
1 Box Pound Cake Mix2 eggs1 stick melted butterMix and Spread in 9X13 pan, greased and flouredMix1 8oz brick of cream cheese, softened2 eggs1# box of powdered sugar (reserve 3T for top)
Directions
Pour in cake mix, top with cream cheese/powder sugar mix.
Bake at 325 for 15 min.
Remove and sprinkle with 3T of powdered sugar
Return to oven for 30 min

    This was one of my favorite desserts growing up. I just made it for a dinner and was coming to enter it to check out how much damage I'd be doing when I had a piece! Still a big favorite. Only difference in my family's version is only 1 egg in the crust. - 10/25/11
