Tilapia in a Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

Ingredients
16 ounces tilapia fillets 1/2 cup sliced onions2 oz. Fat Free Cream Cheese, softened1/4 cup roasted red peppers1/4 cup chicken broth1 clove garlic, peeled
Directions
Season both side of Tilapia with salt and pepper and cook it in a non-stick pan 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from pan and place on serving dish. Tent with foil to keep warm.
Caramelize onions in the same non-stick pan sprayed with a little PAM.
Place cream cheese, red peppers, broth and garlic in blender container; cover. Blend until smooth. Spoon into medium saucepan. Bring to boil on medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 min., stirring occasionally.
Place fish on serving platter; top with the cream cheese mixture.
