Peanut Butter Breakfast bars

Ingredients
*Cereal (Erewhon) GF Crispy Brown Rice, 4 cup (remove)**Flax Seed, 16 tbsp (remove)*Smart Balance Omega Creamy Natural Peanut Butter, 20 tbsp (remove)Honey, 1.25 cup (remove)EAS Advant Edge Protein Powder, 6 tbsp (remove)Peanuts, dry-roasted, 2 cup (remove)*Nestle Toll House Milk Chocolate Morsel, 6 tbsp (remove)teaspoon vanilla, 1/2 teaspooon salt
Directions
heat peanut butter and honey,vanilla and salt. Combine the rest of the ingredients except chocolate, chopping nuts and grinding flax. Pour honey mixture over dry ingredients, and mix well. Pour into pan sprayed with Pam, I use 11X15 baking dish, but a jelly roll pan works too, spread out let cool slightly, and top with chips. I put them straight into the freezer to keep chips from melting, then cut up and refrigerate. They do not even last a week in my house, so I am not sure about the shelf life.
