Panko Crusted Chicken Parmesan

1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into 6 pieces1 C panko1/2 C parmesan cheese, grated or shredded1 t garlic1 t oregano1/2 t salt1/2 t pepper1 egg, beaten2 T olive oil
Drizzle olive oil into 9x13 pan. In shallow dish, combine panko, parmesan cheese, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. In separate shallow dish, whisk together egg and milk. Dip chicken into egg mixture followed by panko mixture and place into pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes depending on the thickness of your chicken. Test with meat thermometer to ensure doneness.
Serve paired with your favorite marinara sauce and spaghetti squash or whole wheat pasta.
