Ingredients
1 1/2 cups sugar1 cup butter2 eggs2 3/4 cups flour2 tsp cream of tartar1 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt4 TBLS Sugar1 TBS Cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs. stir in dry ingredients.
Mix remaining sugar and cinnamon. Drop and coat spoonfuls of dough into cinnamon and sugar. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes about 6 dozen (72) cookies
