Poor Ed OV Salade Dressing

2/3 Cup good olive oil (good olive oil should tast like olive)1/4 Cup white wine vinegar1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Put Vinegar in blender
With the blender running slowly drizzle in oil
Add salt and pepper
Makes 15 2-Tablespoon servings
